Starting in a new salon on Monday and It will be the owner and myself.

The salon is a lot more expensive then what I currently charge so what do I do about losing clients due to this change?

Are you employed or self employed in the new salon?

Obviously, you don’t have to charge higher prices if you’re self employed but it might be a good opportunity to increase your prices if you haven’t done that for a while. Also, you could offer your existing regulars an opening discount or free (add-on) treatment to tempt them to book in.
