Hi I'm wanting advice on colour application and formulas please. I'm working on a base 7 was thinking to use 9/04 & 9% in wella smudged into bleach and 12%,was think

ing to paint roots as a tiny then balayage the mid length and ends to really brighten it. Any halp would be great, thanks in advance x

If you're looking to recreate this then the root colour is probably a base 7 and broken up with the balayage. I'd be looking at 8/43+7/37 for the root with 6%, and tone the lightened ends with 10/04 + 9/3 with pastel.
