Struggling to get my certificate for gel nails

Hi,

I completed a gel nail course over a month ago and they advised me that i will be emailed over my certificate.

It has been over a month now, they advised me i would receive it around the 18th December as they have been busy, i still didn't receive it and have chased numerous times and no answer.

What else is there I can do as i need my certificate?

Which training company is it? If they have a website and a complaints procedure, perhaps go down that route?
