She said that many of her salons were quiet these last few weeks. It is more the day Spas that are keeping busier she commented.
Can you do a few low cost gifts with treatments promotions, if you retail to your clients?
Have one treatment and get a x% discount on the second?
Provide an add on to your treatment that doesn't cost too much other than time?
Myself? I am going with the flow and plodding on. Times are certainly no where near as good as in past years, but that's just my situation.
