Hi in newly qualified and have a client who has booked in for a pedicure tomorrow she has a lot of stubborn hard skin on her feet and I was wondering what would be the best products/procedure to treat this?

thanks geeks x

It really depends on what you currently use in your pedicure. I would use a foot file first. Depending on which one you have, you could either use it before or after soaking the feet in a foot spa.
I use a microplane in my pedicures and it is used on dry skin before soaking. It is fabulous for hard skin and I would highly recommend.
Next exfoliate with a scrub...sea salt scrubs again are great for hard/ dry skin.
Also use a rich body lotion to massage with or an oil. It's good to give the feet a good boost of moisturiser after hard skin removal. You could also use heated booties to aid absorbtion if you have any.
