Stylists using different brands?

Does anyone use Affrinage here? My new salon is in an area where this is the main colour line but my experience is very little on this range but I have a lot of customers who dislike it and have moved to me because I don't use it - I believe its a cheap brand?

We are all self employed stylists and we do use the same products - Wella. I have a new possible stylist but she wants to stay with Affrinage and I am worried this will damage the reputation of the salon. What do you all do? Does it really matter?

Her colours won't have as much shine as wella, Affinage gives a very flat finish and their browns can sometimes be slightly khaki.

I haven't used Affinage in 5 years though

If she's self employed, she can obviously use whatever brand she likes.

Personally, I like to mix brands depending on the clients. I rarely use Wella although I do like the Illumina range for mature blondes.
