Sunbed then having spray tan ...

Morning everyone,

Ive just started going back on the sunbeds, usually about twice a week, so thats a 12 min session ..... my skin is far from "brown" but I like to use the sunbeds to give me a nice base colour, but I found recently when I have my tan on (Sienna X and Suntana) I am going orange with them!

Is this due to me using the sunbeds? Or is just this a silly thought?

I wouldn't have thought so, I use sunbeds then have a spray tan when I go out, it doesn't effect me. That said if ur skin is darker (even a bit) then ur spray tan will look darker (maybe orange to u?) Xx

sunbeds will boost the melanin in your skin (like the sun) which will make the spray tan go darker, but it shouldnt make it go orange.
