Sweet Shop... AND THE COLOUR LAUNCH!!

Now I know its early but I went to bed last night like a kid on Christmas Eve!

Got up and jumped on this here website, straight to The Sweet Shop, credit card in hand and....nothing! boohooo!

No admittedly it is still early and I would phone the chop but i have got two toddlers screeming for various things at the moment.

Has anyone placed an order yet and how? Phone only?

I haven't ordered anything from the s2 site yet - although I do have things sitting in the checkout for me to complete the purchase and it all seems pretty straight forward to me. What seems to be the problem you're having?

The only problem i have is the NEW CND COLOUR RANGE was supposed to be today and it appears it's not.

I suspect you wont be able to buy the new colours until after the launch workshops.

But it clearly states on the front page that the new colours are availble from September 1st. :cry:

As no one on here can really help, I suggest you call them.

Cant call them but did just try the "on line chat facility" which is good.

Bad news however.....The range is not availble till September 7th :-(

In a nutshell, demand has already outstripped supply from CND so shipments are running late. We are flying in everything and will be able to sell from the 7th onward. Less than a week to go though
