I paid my deposit for a foundation course starting in August and I am yet to have written confirmation!!! I asked them on the phone to email me the confirmation, but nothing. They have taken the money out though. xx

I don't know when you booked and paid for the course but why not call them again, their customer service is second to none. :hug:

hi why don't you ring them up and ask them directly. They have probably been busy and forgot,
