Need advice! I've been doing hair for almost 17 year's I've always been a matrix girl. However I feel like it is time for a change. My partner in salon and I have decided to go with joico. Can I get some feedback on it. Any recommendations for goto formulas for converting. I've studied the conversion chart I'm just a little iffy on how trusting this is. We have a class scheduled with joico but in the meantime any help would be greatly appreciated!
