Hey y'all!!

Im just wondering what is your preference after you have removed enhancements, on yourself or clients?

Im still a novice and have been practicing alot on myself (keep changing between glitter tips etc because of xmas!). so my nails are really not very nice underneath now! :irked:

I only do nails part time and i'm at uni, so I have a 6 week placement in hospital in Jan, therefore cant wear enhancements! Gutted :( but im going to use the time to treat my natural nails better!

Thinking of doing regular hot oil manicures, but im also wondering what everyone else does! what do you find gives u good results?

Thanks for any replies!

oil....that what i would use...plenty of it...eespecially at night before going to bed.

Damage cant be reapired...it has to grow out...sam as split ends need to be cut off....you cant re-bond them....you can make your hair/nails feel temporarily better but the damage will still be there till its grown out.

I keep mine short and use plenty of CND's cuticle eraser and Solar Oil. :)

Don't forget to give your roughed up nails a nice buff to seal the surface to. Then of course the cuticle oil and I like to wear a top coat just to help give them some strength. Don't get me wrong it's not a strengthener it's just an extra coat of protection to give toughness to the damaged nail and save the plate from direct hits and bangs.
