Tan in the shop window

Hi guys! Did a search on this and couldn't really find the answer, hope I've posted in the right place!

I have my retail tan products displayed in the shop window and when I sold one today noticed that the bottle was quite warm from the sun shining on it. Does this affect the tan inside the bottle at all? Really hope not because that could be a lot of stock wasted :S

As far as I am aware tan should be kept in a cool dark place to keep it at its best, I use empty bottles in my window displays :wink2:

That's exactly what I thought, so silly I should have thought of that when I put them there, we just dont get much sun here! Lol I've moved them so hopefully not too much damage has been done! Thanks for your reply
