Nope, I use proper equipment.
That's not a very nice response to a new tanner, who's obviously got the PROPER equipment, but has a need to practice more to use it more proficiently.
If you have nothing constructive to offer the thread starter why bother replying at all?
To the original thread starter.....
When you 1st start out, it will seem quite daunting, but by doing more & more practice you will soon get the hang of it.
Get a clip on light for your tent - search on here as there has been lots of threads about where to get them from.
Practice your spraying by putting a small amount of solution in your cup, add water to top it up - that way you are not wasting lots of solution. Then tape some couch roll to the back of your tent, or even the bathroom wall & practise getting used to spraying up & down & side to side on the couch roll, you will see how wet it is & reduce the amount of spray coming out of the gun, using the adjuster. (depends what machine you use, mine is a T200 and it it the silver screw above the hand as you hold the gun.
If you hold a roll of desk/couch roll and spray down it, look at the sheet underneath - if it is wet also or has spotting on it, your spraying too much solution, so adjust slightly and try again. Mark the adjuster when you have reached a suitable spray and that way you can make sure it has not moved when you get your machine out again.
I would suggest also, you use a solution with a darker colour guide in it whilst you practice as this will help you too see where you're tanning.
Don't get dishearten, it happens to us all in the beginning xxxxx
