i really want to do a 1 day spray tanning course and was very close to bookingit with fake bake as it is only £50 and like their products.But i have seen a lot of comments on this that tantrick is a good product.Have also heard about sienna x dont know if thats any good.Any suggestions would be great.Thanks xxx

I use Sienna -x but i wont say go with them just because I like them Tantrick is also a lovely solution and both of these companies have fantastic customer service.
I don't like fake bakes solution and definitely have nothing good to say about their customer service! I know Fake Bake has won an award but then so did Solglo,who i trained with, and that solution isnt great.
Try them out before you decide hun xxx

I can highly recommend Tantrick - excellent training and fantastic products. Don't just take my word for it - do your research and get some samples. try everything and then decide.:hug:

I agree with the others, get lots of samples and try try and try them out! We were literally covered in various tan solutions for about three weeks before we decided on ours. it was great fun. we were looking for various things from our solutions, how it went on, how it felt once on, was the client able to go about their business straight after, how long it lasted, feedback. how many match your budget etc.
best advice i can give you is to do a ring around, get samples and then try them all out.
We use fake bake, and are also taking on suntana as well.

You really need to test the products yourself. Get lots of samples and have a play about. It really is personal choice.
I know a lot of people like St.Tropez but i personally don't like it. I use Fake Bake as well as Celebrity Secrets and will probably be taking on Sienna X in the next few weks.

You need to train with someone who has a good reputation and is accredited and then you can use whatever solution works best for you.

For me customer service and how a company deals with prospective distributors, clietns etc is soo important and an excellent summary of their attitude to customer service.
My experiences ... Fake Bake, big fancy pants stand at Pro Beauty shows. I feel ignored, then when I get some attention I don't feel they are taking my enquiry seriously and they don't seem that interested in my questions about the product. Feel like they just want my money.
Wow factor (Tantrick), no stands at Pro Beauty. But I chat to them on the phone and they can't do enough for me to ensure I have every question answered to a level I am happy with and no pressure or urgency to move to a sale.
Tantrick solutions are fantastic and I love them, and the attitude of the company staff and trainers (ambassadors) say much more to me.
You need to evaluate both a company and product - what works best for you and which do you click with the most. Something like a spray tan you can't take others word for it ... you need to try it, and experience it. If you don't like it you'll never be able to sell it effectively or as well as a product you love.

Should add that Fake Bake does have a minimum order which is quite expensive and i found that their customer service is not the best but i get mine from Sunquest and Aston and Fincher also stock it and both of them you don't need a minimum order.

we started with fake bake two weeks ago and they didnt ask for a minimum order. I do agree though on the telephone customer service, they were a bit vague about my questions....

I trained with Fake Bake and had a fantastic experience at their Ealing training school. I was brand new to the industry and came away feeling 100% confident in my ability and couldn't wait to get going for real. There were 5 of us on the course that day and we had a great time bouncing ideas off each other, and there was no hard sell on the day - in fact we were encouraged not to place orders there and then, but to think about things first.
There's no minimum order with Fake Bake, as far as I'm aware, and on lots of occasions I've ordered just a few pounds' worth of stuff.

I can only go on customer feedback, those that like the real sun baked look prefer fake bake and the ones that wanted a more natural looking tan (whatever percentage used) prefer tantrick.
Personaly I prefer Tantrick's 'fade' to Fake bake
I've got to add that Tantrick's customer service is fantastic...I had a problem with my machine and the part that I needed got to me in the next post.

Exactly the same as me!!! I was going to stop using Fake Bake as I personally prefer Tantrick but some of my clients didn't want me to stop so I offer both.
And I also had a problem with my machine and the part got to me also the next day!!! Top Notch Customer Service if you ask me!!! xx
