Teaming up with other therapists

I am a mobile nail tech and have been considering finding a couple of other ladies to team up with for service swaps, cross promotion and pamper evenings. Ideally I'd be looking for a spray tanner and a lasher, ideally these would be ladies who specialise in these areas and there would be no service cross overs.

Wondering if any of you have any experiences of doing anything similar and how this worked out or if you have any other advice to offer on this?

Also, is there anywhere on this site I could ask around for interest?

I work with another therapist when doing larger pamper nights, they purely offer holistic treatments which I don't do therefore we don't compete and the client gets larger variety.

I think its good to have a couple you would be happy to call on and not always see your competitors as people to steep clear of!
