Hi, I’m looking for advice on this one, currently working on a base 7 , one inch regrowth and faded level 9 ends. She wants to warm the colour up lighter at the top.
My question is would I do highs and lows or highlights then root smudge with something like 8/7? I’m really stuck on this one..
