A few salons do this by me and ive noticed its not that expensive to have done so I was wondering if the course is expensive to do and how much would the equipment cost.

Unless you are on the registry of dentists, beauty therapist, or anyone else, are no longer allowed by law to offer teeth whitening as of Oct 2012

Nope, they won't be,.... unless you are on the register of Dentists,, no you can't I'm afraid.
