I work at a salon offering nails and tanning elf employed for 18 months now,but only go in when got clients as I have got children and it's very awkward.Anyway the salon want beauty therapist to work more hours as the one they have already has cut her hours due to the rent going up. I have offered to go in 2 nights a week, and go in whether I have bookings or not and offer all beauty treatments as I'm qualified in all.They first said no due to wanting more hours but last week they agreed to me doing hours.Well had text this morning saying interviewed beauty therapist and shes very keen. I asked where I stood with the hours and they didn't reply.Just spend a lot of money on leaflets and marketing etc.I have a salon from home but haven't got many clients. What would you do? All the literature that has been ordered has all there name on it,gutted!
