Hi geeks, I have a small salon in which I am full time and I have a part time therapist. But we are so busy and my therapist can't do more hours due to having a young family, so I was considering looking for a 'summer' therapist to just do say June July aug while it's mega busy. Has any one else hired on a temporary basis before? And does anyone know if it would work or if it's something you would advise against? Thanks x

I do temp work but it's on a day basis rather than 3 months. That would be a temporary contract. I think you should advertise the position as such and make them do a trade test & interview. Hth x
