Terrible experience with extension supplier

Hi All,

I recently purchased a full weft from xxxxxxxxx, this was after a recommendation and from reviewing the forum advice.

At first the buying process was easy and the customer service team very helpful. I paid £15 for next day delivery by 1pm (this meant it was arriving on Wednesday). I then got an email from the customer team to advise that they couldnt do next day delivery so they apologize and would refund my £15 within 5 days.

It has now been two weeks and I have sent over 13 emails with NO RESPONSE from them as its more the principle now! I want my £15 back as promised and don't really know how to move forward. Especially when I am being ignored :(

Any advice?

I attempted this and was blocked by them literally 30 seconds after posting!

The mobile number doesnt work on their site :(

I am at a complete loss.

I'm going to seek legal advice tomorrow. What a horrendous experience!

I finally received a response from xxxxxxx, it was full of swearing and disgusting customer service, I am so shocked. Please be aware of this scam company.
