Terrible highlights, what are your thoughts?

I had my highlights fone yesterday. It usually takes well over an hour to put all the fouls in but This hairdresser took around 20 mins. They are so far from the root and a terrible colour. She had offered to correct them but I am not at all confident that she will get them how I like. Please could you tell me what I should do and your opinion on them please

I’m glad you agree. She lives near me and her work looked good on Facebook. Although now I realise they’re probably fake pics. Would I be wrong to ask for a refund ? I’m so unhappy with it and have booked in with a salon to get it corrected.

I would ask for a refund and just explain you don’t trust her to fix it
