Hi,

Has anyone heard of or used a Testors Blue Ice Mini Compressor. It has a 35PSI. Is this the correct level for nail art etc.

Thanks

hi there
i haven't heard of this compressor but if i were you, i would check that it comes with a regulator...this is the important bit in airbrushing. Are any spares/servicing readily available?
best of luck!

Not heard of that one either? Sorry.

The advice by Tickled Pink is right. Make sure you can get the back up.

PSI for nails is about 20 -25. Depends how much power you like. If its got a regulator you will be fine. Have fun!

Actually most people airbrush at 30 - 35psi for nail, I prefer 30.

Nowadays would steer clear of a preset compressor. It may seem like a bargain now but think ahead, a regulator is a must. In the future you may want to use it for other applications such as tattoos 15 - 20 psi, tanning - 10psi or make-up and facial tanning 7 psi.

Best wishes

Pat
