Thalgo Extreme Comfort Facial procedure - I need help!

Hi people,

I'm in trouble. I have to do an Extreme Comfort Facial with the Thalgo range tomorrow and I can't find my training book with all the instructions in it!

Can anyone even give me a vague idea of how it goes? I'm going to have real difficulty otherwise
