Lost me pounds in a good way that is!
I did do a search for the thread I found originally but couldnt track it down!
I have. like most, tried every diet under the sun but somebody recommended a very low calorie one (like Cambridge etc) called Slim and Save. The difference with this is that they have proper meals which actually taste ok even though they are dehydrated ones you mix with water.
It really is fairly easy when you get your head around it and I really do think it may actually work!
It is also much cheaper than any of the others and you can get it online without having to talk to anyone about how fat you are (which I hate!!)
I promise I dont have anything to do with the company, just wanted to pass on how great it is and well worth a try!!
