1. Blue ash
2. Violet
3. Gold
4. Copper
5. Mahogany
6. Red
7. Matte (Green)
8. Mocha
Majirel is the main permanent range.
Majirouge is the red family of that range and Majiblond are the hi-lifts.
Inoa is ammonia free permanent colour.
Diarichesse is a quasi designed for natural & coloured hair. Upto 70% white coverage if used with 15vol (can also lift 1.5 shades on natural hair)
Dialight is an acidic quasi for sensitised & coloured hair.
Majiscontrast family are designed to lift and tone coloured hair (no darker than a already coloured base 3) in one single process. Not to be used on scalp.
Haha I really would not know where to start, I'm unfamiliar with the entire range! If someone would take the time to explain the basics of each range ie what are quasi, difference with maji meche, contrast and rouge that would be fab. I know the tones for loreal as they are slightly different to wella. I am looking at booking onto a loreal colour keys when I can. Xx

What do you think of Inoa? I tried it out but just didn't like it, found it very flat and wishy washy and I don't know just not good in the hair if you know what I mean, saying that I only did try it a handful of times so maybe I didn't give it a chance ? X
I tend to use INOA for most of my full head colours because of the softer result that you get, however if the client likes/ need a more opaque like with majirel I would stick with that. I did find some warmer colours were flatter on white hair when adding base but we do now have the golden fundamentals that should take care of that. You do need to use plenty of colour and have a good application but I think that the increased price makes up for it
It would be good for a client that has been having demi permanent but is getting more white but still likes a softer coverage x

Yes I see what you mean, il maybe give it a try again and try out some new colours x
Inoa is really lovely to apply. Such a nice consistency but I agree with you adam that you don't get that solid reflect that you would with majirel.
My go to permanent is majirel.
I trained with l'oreal and over the years I have worked in a couple of salons with wella & goldwell but l'oreal wins hands down for me.
Diarichesse & dialight have such gorgeous shades and they're so true to tone.
A friend of mine is a colour specialist so were always waffling on about l'oreal 😂
They're London academy is awesome aswel! I've been there a fair amount of times and inside it looks like the mode offices out of ugly Betty 😆
..you feel very fashionista while your there 👍
Oh and one tiny criticism about l'oreal..
Not they're products or they're colours but they're reps are so disorganised!
Every one we've had come into the salon act as if they've just been getting on one the night before!
One even asked me what inoa was?!?
And whenever we make an order they're is ALWAYS something missing when we take the delivery 😡
L'Oreal Hammersmith is so nice and friendly, dondon you should so do colour specialist. Well you are areadly a loreal specialist but I know you will love it too x
