We have an opening for an assistant manager. Management experience is not required but we would need to see the potential within you.
We are an Elemis salon and product sales form a major part of our business so the ability to enhance your clients' experience by recommending the correct home-care regime and providing them with the means to achieve it will be part of your job. You would of course be rewarded by a product allowance and bonus scheme in addition to your salary if you hit your targets.
We offer electrolysis, LHE hair removal and CACI so electricals experience is important.
After a qualifying period you will be expected to attend manufacturer training courses which sometimes include nights away - paid for by us, of course.
We also have the need for a part time therapist as one of our valued staff members is about to give birth. This will not be a temporary maternity cover position and may even give full time hours in the future if you prove to be as busy as our existing staff so may suit someone who wants to ease themselves back into the industry?
Punctuality is important as is the ability to muck in without moaning. We empty the bins as well so no excuses.
Your salary can also be boosted by selling courses of our popular treatments.
Oh, and we are also an Aveda hair salon so cheap/free haircuts and colours could be on the cards if you prove to be a star!
