I can't recommend the "best" only what I have used fro the last 30 years plus...that's " professional beauty systems" To be honest I rarely get to use it, but it is good to have in for the odd occasion.
Pleasant smell, non irritant so for me it's good enogh.
I know that refectocil have got a sensitive one ,but it's for you to trial if that's the route you have to go down.
