Hi Geeks

I am a new qualified nail tech and i am looking at stocking up on a variety of nail tips and just wondered what tips all you other techs use and what colours of them that you stock ie natural, clear or white.

I do use a lot of white tips and use them for the smile line (as i am doing lots of practice to create my own smile lines but not quited mastered it yet) but when i use glitter acrylic these are not always suitable.

i have just invested in some CND Performance tips in white and love them but as these are well less tips are these suitable to use on everyone?

I do love CND tips and just want to know what do you recommend that i purchase to keep in stock to suit all the needs of a nail tech and clients, no matter what shape/state there nails are or what design they ask for, and also what colour tips would you purchase, also i am mobile and i dont really want to be carrying around 5 or 6 boxes of different tips.

Sorry to waffle on

Thanks

I have CND Performance, Eclipse and Velocity, I have Performance in clear and white (but have to be honest and say that I got the white as part of a kit and don't use them!), Eclipse and Velocity both in natural and clear. I don't think I have any Formation tips!?
I tend to sculpt more than tip but it's a wise choice to have an assortment of tips so that you're prepared for every type of natural nail that you get presented with :wink2:

Thanks for your reply, what do you use the most of natural or clear.

Any one else with any advice please, i really want to get these ordered

I use clear when working with glitters and natural at all other times, I tend to sculpt on clients and really only use tips on myself. It was different before I was confident with sculpting, I'd use tips all of the time with full sets and found that I used natural more than any other.
