Tip and Dip

Heya! Im new to this so hi.
Just qualified in nail tech and im starting work, however when I do tip and dip, sometimes the appearence of the finished result can look a little bit gritty, im doing everythang right I think but does anyone kno why the nails can look gritty after tipping and dipping and what I can do to prevent this?

Have you thought of going back to your educator and asking these questions? The person who taught you should be accessible and give you the information you are seeking. Another idea is to contact the company whose brand you are using and ask for their input and help.
