after wearing nail extensions my nails are very flat and my free edge flicks up im hoping to apply some more nail extensions t'morrow or wednesday but i don't know what to do as im applying french tips you dont file them down do you, you just take away the shine and sometimes contact area.. and i know from previous experience the tips will be almost flicking up aswell so my nails are going to look stupid..does this make sense to anyone?

Any ideas on how to do this obviously can file the top of the free edge but my nails are very thin and weak at the moment so i dont want to.

Ski Jump nails should really be taken down in length prior to having the tips applied, I'm talking short!
Personally, I wouldn't apply French white tips to ski jump nails unless the nail beds are long/ish.

Being as your nails are thin and weak, I'm guessing due to overfiling when practising etc, I would do a short tip and overlay, or sculpt, and wear enamel, do this until they've grown out and are stronger :green:
