Hi.

Being a newbie geek I have spent my last few evenings reading the past threads and not even lifting my head from the laptop to watch desperate housewives! Anyway to the point I'm trying to make, I am in absolute awe of anyone who can sculpt as I have only used tips and find your skills fab! What I'm wondering is are sculpted nails as strong as tips? What are your thoughts? Any disadvantages? Are they hard to do?

Thanks!

P.s. I know it prob sounds daft me asking what does l&p stand for - I'm nit thick- honest!

Oh yea of course, ha ha doh!!

Thank u x

hey i asked too when i first started... xx

I feel better now:lol: x

The strengh is in the product i.e acrylic, gel etc thats what i was always told xXx

yes the tip is only a platform for the L&P same as a sculpting form, the strength is in the L&P so therefore the sculpt could be stronger than a tip which wasn't thinned out properly as there would be less room for the L&P. Hope this makes sense, im not the best at explaining things!
