Going to start my own mobile beauty adding hair after course completion!
I have no idea where to start though, how to become self employed etc etc.
There is probably a thread for this but I can't find it, I don't mind being sent the link or any advice you ladies can give is brill. Thanks xxx

If you use the search option at the top it will bring up posts on self employed

I'm in the process if doing the same.
Find a business name.
As soon as you start trading you need to tell the Tax man. If you ring the newly employees self employed help line they can go through it all with you and sort out tax and NI.
I got a web site through webs website builder, put an advert in a local flyer, made some leaflets and put loads of adverts in free websites. See the link 'more ways to promote your budiness' for these ideas. There's loads.
