Hi guys,

I'm a newbie :o !!

I'm 37 - have long dull, straight, lifeless hair - which is thin and borig !!

I tong it when I go out (not that often actually )...

I really am debating to perm it - a spiral perm ....but do people still have perms ....or am I a weirdo ...lol

Or is there a "trendy" perm nowadays ...ha ha ha ....i'm not cool ...not anymore :D:o!!

Any advice would be brilllllll ....

Cheers guys xxx

Hello!
Perms can be great, when done well and looked after correctly. There arnt many perming salons around anymore so I suggest you do a bit of ringing around and do your research on the salons first. Nowt worse than a bad perm!
A good salon will want to do some tests first, including a test curl to see how your hair takes to the lotion and curl.
To be honest, I would look at your haircare regime first. Its better to invest in some really great products and look after the hair you have first, before taking the plunge and going the perm route.
Can I ask what you currently use on your hair?
xx JoJo
