To those of you that use Facebook to advertise

Ive read lots of threads about how to make the most of advertising on Facebook and many of you suggested tagging people in photos. Do you only do this for nail clients? As I guess spray tanning you would need to go back the next day right to get a picture of the final result or am I being daft?
