Toner help

Its taken months of stripping, bleaching and toning but I have finaly got my hair to a very pale yellow, its almost planinum! (I was 4V goldwell at xmas!)
I am wanting to go the colour in the pic. I have also provided a photo of my hair now. Any recomendations? I tried revlon 1002 tonight but it hasnt made much difference

I am not fam with wella whats a .69 represent? A .6 in other brands is red and there is no 9. Also a .1 is Ash.

See violet is a .2 somtimes i use .21 violet with a bit of ash. So both .96 means violet? or is the a little extra something added?

The 6 is violet.. 9 is cendre but I have no idea what that means haha I just know it goes a nice clean silver white blonde as a toner
