Too warm roots, suggestions please?

Hi,
My hair is a natural 7 with bleach and tint hilights. I wanted to touch up my roots so I used a goldwell 9 with 30vol The shade is too warm and I would like to achieve a shade lighter and cooler. Would you advise a 10.1 (with ash tone) and 30vol???

Any advice is appreciated.

Go back to your hairdresser. Tint won’t lift tint.
