Hi wonder if anyone has any idea for towel storage that is fixed on an upper wall as I have a dinky room!– I have looked at the REM Triangular ones with the towels rolled up and they are great but probably a bit too expensive for me.

Thank you

Isabel

Hi

Not sure if you are looking for traditional, modern etc. but Ikea are always great for things like this. Im thinking of getting this one for my salon IKEA | Wall shelves | Wall shelves | LACK | Wall shelf

A bargain at £17.99 but there are lots of others to choose from so might be worth a look

Good luck

Hi, I have two of the smallest Ikea Lack shelves, one above the other. They work perfectly for putting towels on!

Thanks very much for your replies they look fab I will go to Ikea tomorrow maybe get two as one of you has done underneath each other - im just fed up taking the towles up and down to the salon and it looks so modern too!

Thank you

Isabel

I've got one of the Ikea lack zig-zag shelfs for my towels - they look great.
One word of warning.......it is quite deep so it sticks out from the wall quite a bit. I couldn't put it where I originally wanted it as it was a bit of a health and safety issue! But saying that I just had it put a bit higher up so problem solved.

I needed a hand towel rail for my bathroom and cheated and picked up a vintage style wine rack ( the metal ones ) and rolled the towels up and used that! They look great and are usually a massive amount cheaper than a specific one :)

I use Easydry disposable towels. They take up way less storage space than cotton towels. Also, they come folded flat so they stack really easily and always look clean, fresh and pristine.

You should check them out (www.easydry.co.uk).

They have a promotional DVD on youtube that shows the towels being stacked in units behind mirrors in a fab looking salon - I think it's Hooker & Young or maybe Paterson SA.
