Training Aids?

Hi All

In September Im starting my NVQ 2 in hairdressing part time evenings, I really want to be prepared as possible and wondered if there are any training aids or hairdressing "heads" I could buy so I practice playing with hair until my course starts? I do play with my own obv but I cant do some things on my own hair!

I am just finishing my VRQ 2. I would recommend getting the NVQ course book for all the technical stuff: biology, chemistry, color theory etc.

Get a dolly head / block and practise with rollers/ sectioning and blowdrying as these are probably the first things you will learn at college.

Very difficult to advise you as your college will instruct you on how they want you to cut/color/foil/perm hair but the NVQ guide book should help.
