Transfer Kit from TransDesign.com

Hi
has anybody every tried this ?
its a kit, that lets you make your own decals out of magazines or photos .
I just received it and was totally excited to try it out......BUT it seems like i am to stupid for it :o.....or maybe i am doing something wrong:?:.....
I have to say, the instructions that came with the kit are a little confusing and it seems like there are words missing every once in a while.....

so any help is appreciated.
