Trial day in hairdressers tomorrow - any tips?

Starting an apprenticeship soon, hopefully I will get a place in my local salon but I have a tril day tomorrow, never worked in a salon o don't know what to expect.... So nervous!!!


Any tips? X

it is nerve racking at first just be confident is the main thing chatty with clients and other staff. dont worry they know youl be nervous so just enjoy your day x

Keep busy :-D if you don't have anything to do just ask for something.

Ok... so nervous but it will have to get used to it if they offer me the Job which fingers and toes crossed they will

Look fabulous, look happy, ask intelligent questions, listen, do not be afraid to say 'I do not know how to do that, can you please tell/show me', make sure you can make a good tea, coffee, herbal tea, make sure you know how to use a washing machine, at the end of day say 'Thank you for having me I really enjoyed it'
