Under eye puffy product

Hi!
What products do you all use for under eyes before makeup? Something I can use in brides, clients and myself!
Thinking to reduce puffy ness and dark circles on their thab concealer?

I've tried benefit puff away, I like it but the concealer on top does cake a little x
