Unrealistic expectations

OP has been given various suggestions to help her resolve her dilemma so I’m closing this thread here before it gets too personal.

If we were in the salon together, we would undoubtably still offer a variety of different opinions when asked and it would be obvious that any criticism was done with the intention of helping our fellow professionals find a solution to their problem. We would be able to adjust our comments to ensure that our colleagues know we have their best interests at heart.

I think it can sometimes be less obvious via an online forum but I know that the majority of posters on this site genuinely care about our profession and take the trouble to post suggestions that they feel will benefit fellow colleagues.
