Upper arch and apex for acrylics?

So recently I’ve had a client where the tips are snapping off from the apex area and I notice that many of the nails I do I can’t seem to get the upper arch structure so I think this is why this is happening. What’s the best advice to be able to get this structure. My nails can often look flat and I am having to go back to apply more bead but still is obviously not enough to add strength.

Do you have any side view photos you can upload. It’s difficult to see from this view.
I know you’d said in a previous post that you work wetter in zone 3, this could be why there’s not a sufficient apex
