Sounds like overexposure to me!!
You may have to wear nitrile gloves whrn doing nail treatments.
Look up overexposure on here there are some threads on it.

Sorry I did'nt read your post properly (my son is whinging in his cot)
You HAVE nails done NOT do nails youself.
Well I'm not sure you may be allergic to L&P have you tried GEL?

yea i have tried gel well i have tried everythin and changed nail salons as well, my fingers get soo itchy and puffy and then white little bubbles come the next day and still itchy till after the week of have the acrlyic nails on all my fingers react.

You sound as if your suffering from overexposure to the nail products used.
I'm affraid this happens when there has been regular careless application of the product and it has been touching the skin.
This does not mean you are allergic to all brands just a certain ingredient in certain brands.

If you can try and do some research into what products and ingredient lists your techician uses and get some patch tests done to try and eliminate ingredients you may be allergic to.
There may be a brand out there that is suitable for you.

Like it's been sugested if you have been using l&p try switching to gel and vice versa.

In the meantime if you must have your nails done go to a reputable salon that will take care not to overexpose your skin to the product, and thoroughly wash your hands aftewards to eliminate any dust.

unfortunatly this is a problem that will not go away because if you have developed a sensitivity it will allways be there.
If the problem is severe it's advisable for you to visit your g.p.
Sorry to hear of your problem and good luck.

have you tried having your nails done with fibreglass?
the resin used in this system is the lowest on the scale of potential allergies, so it suits many that have sensitivity to other acrylics.

the ingredients in gel products tend to be highest on the allergy scale with liquid and powder acrylic following.
these sensitivities tend to be triggered by poor application rather than purely having the nails themselves.
once you become sensitive to a product ingredient you will never become 'un -sensitive' at a later date.

another thing you could do is find a tech who uses cnd brisa gel as it is formulated from different ingredients than other gels, so there is a chance you may be ok with that as well.

so now you have at least 2 more options to explore, hopefully you can carry on having extensions.
