hi,
i used to work with ibd but changed over to gel it from ez flow, my question now is can you use the ibd lamp (3000) with the EZflow gel?
or will a 36Watt uv lamp do, because i live in Belgium and a ez flow lamp costs a LOT of money.

WILL IT WORK OR NOT?

THANK YOU:rolleyes:

ppl will always tell you that you should use the lamp of the gel you use...

fact is, a friend of mine works with both brands you quoted, and with the IBD lamp (don't know which one if they have different ones) and it works fine...

you will need a minimum of an 8 watt lamp to cure gel it

our lamp has 2 4watt bulbs and is a single handed lamp, plus the uv output is correct for gel it

if you are using a bigger lamp then naturally the uv rays will have further the travel hence the need for the wattage to be higher...... i am sure you will be okay to try the gel it with your existing lamp but be aware that your curing times may vary and naturally you would always get the best resulting with the ezflow lamp

hth
