have only just started using this in my f & p routine, but is it buff off or soak off? sorry if i am being really dumb here!

You can´t use Brisa UV topcoat over nail polish it wil peal off

I think the product you are talking about is a polish not a gel, so it is removed with polish remover.

It's not the Bisa top coat, that's where the confusion is. It is the Pro Finish U.V. Dry.
