Evening Geeks!

I know we've only just hit January but I need to start thinking about Valentine's promotions so that I have time to get the printing of promotional stuff sorted.

Do any of you have any great ideas for Valentine's promotions??

I have tried couples offers in the past so although this time of year has couples in mind I was thinking of promotions for individuals....

I don't want to go too extreme and give too much away but I would like it to draw attention...with a bit of hope Christmas will be a distant memory to most people and finances may be a little less tight.

xx

I'm writing to the husbands/partners of my clients to remind them about valentines day and offer them the opportunity to purchase vouchers, gift packages, retails items etc...not done it before but worth a try.

We are doing party lashes and a tan or an alternative of a fragranced candle with a gift voucher.

thanks for your advice, it is much appreciated xx

Also Jenny, what about a gift voucher a small box of choccies and a 1/4 sized bottle of champagne or cava?

Thats a really good idea...think i'll offer something like that to go with vouchers purchased as that will make a lovely gift.

I was also thinking of doing 2 for £30 on tans (with the promo card) throughout feb...what do you think?? I usually charge £20 per tan so each person would get theirs for £15, could be couples or friends who come together...

I had an offer on in December that was very successful for me I am running it again in February - Book 3 tans during February ..........

1st tan price = £15 (my full price)
2nd tan price = £12
3rd tan price = £10

so you are discounting £5 and getting 3 tans in - the same as your 2 for £30 offer except you gain another tan.
If you suggest to your clients the best way for them to get the most of this offer is to have the first tan in the first week the second in the middle of the month and the third at the end of the month.

hi ya,

that sounds like a great idea....

do the clients pay as they have each tan or do they pay in advance?

xx

I let them pay with each tan then its their loss if they cancel after the first one and not mine iykwim, I didnt get any cancellations though. :)
