@cams97 if you don't eat properly you'll get very ill !! You'll feel sluggish, grumpy tired and spaced out fuzzy feeling.
You NEED Iron and as Linkles said, your b12 - if you don't have a good breakfast your energy levels won't make it past lunch time and everyone will start to dislike you as you'll be a total mardy ass snapping at everyone because your hangry (hunger make you angry lol)
I never ate breakfast - ever! But now I'm running out the door (ok not run, I couldn't run a tap) walk out the door after a bowl full of cornflakes sweetened soya milk with a banana chopped up in it.
Cereals contain all the fortified nutrients you need to kick start your day. B12 in high in cornflakes. That vitamin isn't in anything other than meat n fish.. you NEED that! !! If not you'll enD up fkn up your whole nervous system with highly serious consequences.
Cams get on amazon and buy a copy of "Thug Kitchen - Eat like you give a **** " if you're gonna do this you need to do it properly lovely or you're screwed. Not only is that book hilarious it's full of every thing you need to eat. Including banana pancakes omg they're gorgeous. Lol 100% Vegan
You also need to eat more frequently - or you will lose weight fast!
