Her consultation took me 90 minutes as I went through everything with her but she just keeps repeating the same questions haha, feel like it's ground hog day!

I work in a clinic, there are some very good clinics around that offer it (I like cynosure lasers personally having worked with IPL in the past ad a few others, cynosure always gives me the best results) The prices range dramatically, sk:n are supposed to be good but they are very pricy, whereas Proskin are good also but much more affordable however there's not many around, and I think they use cynosure too. Thank you so much! There is a proskin right by mine, and they're good value. I really really want my lower legs done. :) Definitely time for serious research lol (don't worry, i won't be like your customer!) ;)

Of your client is being abusive towards you need to outline at her next apt that if she carries on behaving like that you will be terminating your contract with her with immediate effect.

Reinforce it by giving her a copy of your companies client behavioural policy and say that you are giving her and official warning and make a note on her record card.

If she starts being abusive after that, just complete the treatment and tell her very politely that you will no longer treat her due to her abusive behaviour and that you will escort her of the premises.

She refunds then will be notified by the manager or via post if she is entities to a refund.
