hey guys. want to do my mum's nails but they are badly bitten any advice on what to put on them?? not sure on tips as i think they'll just ping off !!! advice please :|

Sculptured nails as u can adapt the form, try YouTube bitten nails x

I am a lifelong nail biter, and I can ONLY grow my nails if they have something on them that I can "feel" when I put them in my mouth... as this reminds me not to bite!

Shellac works for me - although I do find that I have to keep my nails fairly short as they tend to break really easily after years of abuse!

thanks:Di'm doing gelish course in a week and was thinking of putting that on them??

If you do l+p, type gemma lambert bitten nails into youtube, her reverse sculpting method might help xx
